Windows shortcut keys မ်ား သုံးရန္

Start + M - ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ windows ေတြကုိ ခ်ဳံ႕ၿပီး taskbar ေပၚမွာ ေနရာခ်ေပးပါလိမ့္မည္။
Start + Shift + M - task bar ေပၚမွာခ်ဳံ႕ၿပီး ခဏေနရာခ်ထားတဲ့ windows ေတြကုိ size ႀကီးျပန္ခ်ဲ႕ေပးပါ တယ္။
Start + E - Windows ရဲ႕ အင္ဂ်င္စက္ခန္းလုိ႕ ေခၚဆုိႏုိင္တဲ့ windows explorer ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Start + R - Start menu မွာ႐ွိတဲ့ “Run” box ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Start + F - windows search dialog box ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Start + Ctrl + F - search box ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။ တကယ္လုိ႕ computer ဟာ network ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ ထားရင္္ computer dialog box ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Start + Pause (Break) - System properties dialog box ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
F1 - အကူအညီ တစ္စုံတစ္ရာ လုိအပ္ရင္ ႏွိပ္ပါ။
Ctrl + Esc - Start Menu ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Alt + Tab - ဖြင့္ထားေသာ Program ေတြ တစ္ခုႏွင့္တစ္ခုအၾကား ကုိကူးေျပာင္း အလုပ္လုပ္ေစႏုိင္ပါ သည္။
Alt + F4 - ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ Program ကေနထြက္ခြာေစပါတယ္။ အလုပ္လုပ္လ်က္သားျဖစ္ေနရင္ သာမာန္ပုံစံအတုိင္း “save” လုပ္မလားလုိ႕ ေမးပါလိမ့္မယ္။
Shift + Del - Select ေပးၿပီးေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ႕ ဖုိင္တစ္ခုကုိ အၿပီးတုိင္ ဖ်က္ဆီးပစ္ပါလိမ့္မည္။

Windows program key combination
Ctrl + C (copy) - မိတၱဴပြားေပးပါတယ္။
Ctrl + X (cut) - တစ္ေနရာမွတစ္ေနရာကို ကူးေျပာင္းေနရာေ႐ႊ႕ဖုိ႕အတြက္ အဆင္သင့္ ျဖစ္ေနၿပီျဖစ္တဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ပါ။
Ctrl + V (Paste) - မိတၱဴပြားၿပီးသား ဖုိင္တစ္ခုကုိ ျပန္လည္ေနရာခ်ထားေပးပါတယ္။
Ctrl + Z (undo) - undo လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့ေသာ အလုပ္ကုိ မႏွစ္သက္တဲ့အခါ မူလအေျခအေနအတုိင္း ျပန္ေရာက္ေစပါတယ္။
Ctrl + B (Bold) - Document အတြင္းမွာ႐ွိတဲ့ text ေတြကုိ ပုိမုိထင္႐ွားေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။
Ctrl + U (Underline) - Document တစ္ခုအတြင္းမွာ႐ွိတဲ့ text ေအာက္ေျခမွာ မ်ဥ္းတားလုိတဲ့အခါ သုံးၾကပါတယ္။
Ctrl + I (Italic) - Document တစ္ခုအတြင္းမွာ႐ွိတဲ့ text ေတြကုိ ေစာင္းေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။

Mouse/ Keyboard Modifier
Shift + right click (တစ္ခ်က္) - Right click ႏွင့္တူသည္။ active windows ရ႕ဲ display menu ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Shift + Left click (ႏွစ္ခ်က္) - File (သုိ႕) Folder ရ႕ဲ properties ကုိျပေပးပါတယ္။ Alt + left click (ႏွစ္ခ်က္)

General Keyboard
F10 - Menu bar မွာ႐ွိတဲ့ Options ေတြကုိ အဆင္သင့္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးပါတယ္။

ေနရာ တစ္ခုမွာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ features တိုင္း၌ လုပ္ေဆာင္စြမ္း box ငယ္ေလးမ်ားကုိယ္စီ ႐ွိၾကသည္။
Alt + Tab - ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္တုိင္းအား တစ္ခုႏွင့္တစ္ခု အၾကားကူးေျပာင္းေစႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ တကယ္လုိ႕ Alt Key ကုိဖိထားၿပီး Tab Key ကုိလႊတ္လုိက္မယ္ဆုိရင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ဆဲ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မွန္သမွ်ကုိ အလြယ္တကူၾကည့္႐ႈႏုိင္ၿပီး လုပ္ငန္းေျပာင္းလဲႏုိင္ပါတယ္။
Shift + ? - တကယ္လုိ႕ shift key ကုိ ဖိႏွိပ္ထားၿပီး CD-ROM ဒါမွမဟုတ္ DVD တစ္ခ်ပ္ကုိ ထည့္သြင္းလုိက္မယ္ဆုိရင္ အဲဒီ CD/DVD ရဲ႕ “Auto Run” box တက္လာပါမယ္။ CD မွာ virus ပါ၀င္မႈ ႐ွိ၊ မ႐ွိ ကုိ စစ္ေဆးလုိတဲ့ အခါမွာ အသုံး၀င္ပါတယ္။
Alt + Space - Restore, move, size, minimize, maximize စတဲ့ command ေတြပါ၀င္တဲ့ system restore box ကုိျပပါတယ္။
Alt + hyphen - Multiple Document Interface ကုိျပသေပးပါတယ္။
Alt + underlined letter - Software တစ္ခုအတြင္းမွာ သတိထားၾကည့္မယ္ဆုိရင္ options bar ရဲ႕ feature ေတြမွာ မ်ဥ္းတားထားတဲ့ စာသားေလးေတြမ်ဳိးစုံကို ေတြ႕ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ Alt ကုိဖိႏွိပ္ထားၿပီး အခုန စာသားေလးကုိ ႏွိပ္လုိက္တဲ့အခါမွာ အဲဒီ “feature” ရဲ႕ “drop down box” (ပါ၀င္တဲ့ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ေတြ) ပြင့္လာပါမည္။
Ctrl + F4 - address bar ကုိဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
Alt + F6 - Alt + tab အလုပ္လုပ္ ပုံအတုိင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Selected objects and Shell objects
F2 - ေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ့အရာ၀တၳဳကုိ နာမည္အသစ္ျပန္ေပးဖုိ႕ အဆင္သင့္ ျဖစ္ေနေစပါတယ္။
F3 - File ေတြကုိ အကုန္လုံး ကုိ႐ွာေပးမယ္။
Alt + Enter - ေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ့ အရာ၀တၳဳရဲ႕ properties ကုိေဖာ္ျပေပးပါတယ္။
ဖုိင္တစ္ခု မိတၱဴပြားရန္ - Ctrl key ကုိႏွိပ္ထားၿပီး အဲဒီဖုိင္ကုိ မတူညီတဲ့ တျခားေနရာကုိ ေ႐ြ႕ေပးပါ။
အေပါင္းလကၡဏာ ေသးေသးေလး ေပၚလာၿပီ မိတၱဴပြားေပးပါလိမ့္မည္။
Shortcut တစ္ခုဖန္တီးရန္ - Ctrl နဲ႕ Shift key ေတြကုိ ဖိႏွိပ္ထားရင္း ဖန္တီးခ်င္တဲ့ folder ဒါမွမဟုတ္ အရာ၀တၳဳကုိ ဖန္တီးလုိတဲ့ေနရာဆီကုိ drag ဆြဲယူပါ။
F4 - object ကုိ select ေပးထားရင္းနဲ႕ F4 ကုိႏွိပ္ရင္ address bar ကို ဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။

General folders/ shortcut control
F5 (Refresh) - လုပ္ေဆာင္ေနတဲ့ အလုပ္ေတြကုိ ျပန္လည္ လန္းဆန္းေစပါတယ္။
F6 - Window Explorer အတြင္း ဟုိဘက္၊ ဒီဘက္ cursor ကုိေ႐ြ႕ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။
Ctrl + A - အရာ၀တၳဳမ်ားအားလုံးကုိ select လုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။ တကယ္လုိ႕ desktop ေပၚမွာ item တစ္ခုကုိ click ႏွိပ္ၿပီး “Ctrl + A” command သုံးလုိက္ရင္ က်န္တဲ့ item ေတြကုိပါေ႐ြး ခ်ယ္ၿပီးသားၿဖစ္သြားပါလိမ့္မည္။
Shift + Click + close button- ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ Folder ေတြမွန္သမွ် အားလုံးကုိပိတ္ေပးပါတယ္။

Window explorer အတြင္း
* (Keypad) - ႐ွိ႐ွိသမွ် root folder ေတြအားလုံးကုိ အကုန္ဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
+ (Keypad) - root folder တစ္ခုအတြင္း႐ွိ ႐ွိ႐ွိသမွ် file ေတြအားလုံးကုိ ဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။
- (Keypad) - root folder တစ္ခုအတြင္း႐ွိ ဖြင့္ထားခဲ့တဲ့ file ေတြကုိပိတ္ေပးပါတယ္။
Right Arrow - “+” နဲ႕ အလုပ္လုပ္ ပုံခ်င္းတူပါတယ္။
Left Arrow - “-” နဲ႕ အလုပ္လုပ္ ပုံခ်င္းတူပါတယ္။

Properties Control
Ctrl + Tab - Mouse မသုံးဘဲ keyboard နဲ႕ခုန္ျပန္ေက်ာ္လႊားသြားႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ (Ctrl + Tab + Shift)
*Mouse အသုံးမျပဳပါက Mouse properties တခ်ိဳ႕ ကုိ disable လုပ္ထားလွ်င္ ပုိေကာင္း၏၊*

Accessibility Shortcuts
Shift ကုိငါးႀကိမ္ႏွိပ္တဲ့အခါမွာ- Control Panel ထဲမွာ႐ွိတဲ့ Accessibility options ကုိ select ေပးပါတယ္။ Shift ကုိ ငါးႀကိမ္ဆက္တုိက္ႏွိပ္ရင္ PC ထဲကေန “ကြိ” ဆုိတဲ့ အသံကေလး ေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ၿပီးရင္ေတာ့ Shift key ကုိ save မလုပ္ခ်င္ရင္ cancel လုပ္ပါ။
Right Shift ကုိ႐ွစ္စကၠန္႕အၾကာ- ညာဘက္ Shift Key ကုိ ႐ွစ္စကၠန္႕ၾကာေအာင္ ႏွိပ္ထားရင္လည္း filter key box ေလးေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မည္။
Number Lock key ကုိငါးစကၠန္႕- Number Lock key ကုိငါးစကၠန္႕ၾကာေအာင္ဖိႏွိပ္ထားတဲ့အခါမွာလည္း ထုိနည္းလည္း ေကာင္းပါပဲ၊ အလုပ္လုပ္ ပုံခ်င္းသာကြဲျပားသြားမွာပါ။
Left Alt + Left Shift + Number lock- PCထဲက “ကြိ” အသံေလးအတြက္ function ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဓိကအားျဖင့္ ေတာ့ mouse key ကုိ အပိတ္၊ အဖြင့္လုပ္ေစခ်င္တာပါ။
Left Alt + Left Shift + print Screen- ျမင့္မားတဲ့ ပုံရိပ္ေတြကုိ ရယူလုိတဲ့အခါမွာ အဆုိပါ keyboard တြဲကုိ တြဲဘက္ႏွိပ္

Gtalk မွာ မိမိနာမည္မက်န္ခဲ့ေစခ်င္ရင္

GmailAddressကိုသူမ်ားမသိေအာင္ဘယ္လိုဖ်က္မလဆိုတာတင္ၿပေပးခ်င္ပါတယ္။သူမ်ားသိေတာ့ကို ကို invite လုပ္မွာေပါ့။အဒီေတာ့ စက္ထဲမွာ မိမိ GmailAddressမက်န္ခဲ့ေစရန္ရည္ရြယ္ေရးသြားပါတယ္။စလုပ္လိုက္ရေအာင္။

ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ Hangs ရျခင္း (၁၀)ခ်က္

ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ ကုိသုံးေနရင္ Hangs တာမ်ဳိး Crashes ျဖစ္တာမ်ဳိး ကဳံဖူးၾကမွာပါ။ဘာေၾကာင္႕ျဖစ္တာလဲဆုိရင္ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ မိမိတုိ႕စက္မွာ မလုိအပ္တဲ႕ process ေတြ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနလုိ႕ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ အဲဒီလုိ မျဖစ္ရေအာင္ ေျဖရွင္းနည္း (၁၀) ခ်က္ရွိတယ္။

1.မိမိတုိ႔ computer မွာ ctrl+alt+ delete key (တစ္ခ်ဳိ႕စက္ေတြမွာ ctrl+shift+Esc ) ႏုိပ္ျပီ Task manager ကုိေခၚလုိက္ပါ။ ျပီရင္ processes ထဲမွာ ကုိ အသုံးမလိုတဲ႕ software ေတြကုိ End Process လုိက္လုပ္ပါ။

2.ေနာက္တစ္ခုက virtual memory တုိးေပးတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ program ေတြ အမ်ားၾကီး run ထားတဲ႕အခါ virtual memory မလုံေလာက္တဲ႕အတြက္ စက္ Hangs တာမ်ဳိးေတြ ျဖစ္တက္ပါတယ္။ virtual memory မလုပ္တက္ရင္ ကြၽန္ေတာ္ သီးျခားတင္ျပခဲ႕ျပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။


3.ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ Browser ေတြရဲ႕ History ေတြကုိ ဖ်က္ထုတ္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ccleaner software နဲ႕ ေျဖရွင္းက အေတာ္ ေကာင္းတယ္။ကြၽန္ေတာ္ တင္ေပးလုိက္ပါတယ္။ software မသုံးခ်င္တဲ႕ သူငယ္ခ်င္းမ်ားအတြက္ Internet explorer မွာ Tools ဆုိတာ ေတြ႕ၾကမွာပါ။ အဲဒီမွာ internet option ထဲက General မွာ clear History ကုိ click လုိက္ျပီ ok ေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ Firefox မွာလဲ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ option ထဲက privacy ထဲမွာ private ထဲက setting မွာ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ clear ေပးလုိက္ပါ။ Browser History ေတြကုိ ေျပာတာေနာ္။ဒီမွာ Down လုိက္ပါ။

4.ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႔ Internet temporary files ေတြကုိ delete ေပးရပါ႔မယ္။ ဒါကေတာ႕ option က ဖ်က္တာနဲ႕စာရင္ ccleanner softeware နဲ႕ ေျဖရွင္းတာ အေကာင္းဆုံးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

5.ေနာက္တစ္ခုက ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ cookies ေတြကုိ ဖ်က္ထုတ္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Internet Browser ေတြက option ထဲကေန cookies ေတြကုိ ဖ်က္ထုတ္လုိက္ပါ။

6. ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ မလုိအပ္တဲ႕ programs ေတြကုိ ဖ်က္ထုတ္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မိမိတုိ႕စက္မွာ မလုိအပ္တာေတြကုိ မိမိတာလ်င္ အသိဆုံးျဖစ္မွာပါ။ မိမိcomputer က control panel ထဲက add/remove programs ထဲက မလုိတာေတြကုိ install လုပ္လုိက္ပါ။ software ေလးနဲ႕သုံးခ်င္တယ္ဆုိရင္ေတာ႕ တင္ေပးလုိက္တယ္ေနာ္။ဒီမွာ Down လုိက္ပါ။

7.ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ files ေတြကုိ ျပန္စီတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Defragmenter ခ်တယ္လုိ႕လဲေခၚပါတယ္။ Defragmenter ခ်တဲ႕ေနရာမွာ မိမိ Defragmenter ခ်တဲ႕အခါ မိမိခ်ခ်င္တဲ႕ Disk မွာ free space 15% ရွိရပါမယ္။ မရွိရင္ေတာ႕ defragmenter ခ်လုိ႔ မရပါဘူး။ လုပ္နည္းကေတာ႕ all programs/accessories /system tool/disk defragmenter မွာ မိမိ partition ခြဲထားတစ္ေလာက္ file ေတြကုိ ျပန္စီလုိက္ပါ။

8.ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ မိမိ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာမွာ error ကုိ check လုပ္တာပါ။ မိမိစက္မွာ error တက္ေနတဲ႕ program ေတြကုိ check လုပ္လုိက္တာပါ။ ဘယ္လုိလုပ္ရသလဲဆုိရင္ မိမိ error ရွာခ်င္တဲ႕ disk ေပၚမွာ right click ေထာက္။ properties ထဲက tools မွာ error-checking အကြက္ထဲမွာ check Now ကုိ click ျပီ မိမိတုိ႕လုပ္ေစခ်င္တာကုိ အမွန္ျခစ္ေပးျပီ check လုပ္လုိက္ပါ။

9.ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ Run ထဲမွာ (%temp%;prefetch;recent) ကုိ ပုံမွန္ဖ်က္ထုတ္ေပးပါ။ ဖ်က္လုိ႕မရတဲ႕ files ေတြလဲေတြ႕ရမွာပါ။ ဖ်က္ရခ်င္ရင္ေတာ႕ unlocker softeare နဲ႕ ေျဖရွင္းလုိ႕ရပါတယ္။ free ေပးပါတယ္ google မွာရွာလုိက္ပါ။ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ computer ထဲက search button မွာ cooking လုိ႕ ရုိက္ထည္႕ျပီ သူ႕ထဲမွာ ရွိတဲ႕ ဖုိင္ေတြကုိ ဖ်က္ထုတ္လုိက္ပါ. ဗုိင္းရပ္အမ်ားဆုံးနားခုိတဲ႕ ေနရာလဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

10.ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ မိမိတုိ႕ computer ဖြင္႕ဖြင္႕ခ်င္မွာ process ေတြေၾကာင္႕ ကြၽန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ window အတက္ အေတာ္ေလးပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင္႕ msconfig က startup ထဲမွာ မလုိအပ္ဘူးထင္တာေတြကုိ disable ေပးထားလုိက္ပါ။ လုိအပ္တာေတြေတာ႕ မွားမေပးနဲ႕ေနာ္။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ႕ shutdown လုပ္တဲ႕အခါမွာ power ေပါက္ ထုိးပိတ္တာမ်ဳီးမလုပ္ပါနဲ႕။

How to make XP မွာ Automatically Kill Hanging လုပ္နည္း

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ Windows XP မွာ Applications ေတြ Hanging ျဖစ္တာ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ သုံးတဲ႕ သူေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ား ၾကဳံရမွာပါ။ အဲဒီလုိ႕ ၾကဳံတဲ႕အခါ Task Manager ကုိ ေခၚျပီ End Task ကုိႏုိပ္ရပါတယ္။ ဒါေတာင္ ခ်က္ခ်င္ Hangs တာက ခ်က္ခ်င္ အဆင္မေျပပါဘူး။ အဲဒီလုိ လုပ္လုိ႕ မရေတာ႕တဲ႕ အခါ Hang ေနတာကုိ မေစာင္႕ႏုိင္ေတာ႕တဲ႕အခါ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာကုိ Restart ေပးရပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင္႕ အခုလုိ Hang တာေတြကုိ Windows XP မွာ Automatically Kill Hanging လုပ္ထားလုိ႕ ရပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ Hang သြားရင္ သူ႕ရဲ႕ Respond ျဖစ္ဖုိ႕ ေစာင္႕ရပါတယ္။ အခုလုိ ေစာင္႕ရမည္႕ အခ်ိန္ကုိ ေလ်ာ႕ထားလုိ႕ ရတဲ႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ကုိ XP မွာ ျပဳလုပ္ထားရင္ Hangs မဲ႕အခ်ိန္ကုိ အခ်ိန္ၾကာျမင္႕စြာ ေစာင္႕စရာ မလုိေတာ႕ဘူးေပါ႕။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ဆုိလုိတာက မ Hang ဘူးလုိ႕ ဆုိတာ မဟုတ္ဘူးေနာ္။ Hang တဲ႕ အခ်ိန္ကုိ ကၽြန္ေတာ္က ေလ်ာ႕ထားလုိ႕ ရတယ္ဘဲ ေျပာတာေနာ္။ 1 minus hang မွာကုိ 1 secomd လုိ႕ ေျပာင္းနည္းကုိ ေျပာတာေနာ္။

1. Start >> Run >> Regedit ကုိရုိက္ျပီ Enter ေခါက္လုိက္ပါ။
2. HKEY_USERS >> .DEFAULT >> Control Panel >> Desktop စတဲ႕အတုိင္း Desktop ကုိ ေရာက္တာနဲ႕ Desktop ေပၚမွာ Double click ေပးလုိက္ပါ။ ညာဘက္မွာ က်လာတဲ႕ Name ေတြထဲက WaitToKillAppTimeout ရွာလုိက္ပါ။ ျပီရင္ အဲဒီ WaitToKillAppTimeout ေပၚမွာ Right click ေထာက္လုိက္ျပီ Modify ကုိ click လုိက္ပါ။ ျပီရင္ Edit String Box က Value data မွာ 1000 (ဒီထပ္ေတာ႕ မေလ်ာ႕ပါနဲ႕) လုိ႕ ေျပာင္းလုိက္ပါ။
3. ျပီရင္ေတာ႕ OK ေပါ႔။
